Turki Group T20 Summer Cup was off to a flying start here at the Al-Majdouie ground. In the first match, Saudi Readymix defeated Al-Majdouie CC by 5 wickets. Majdouie was all out for 98 runs in 17 overs. Imran and Aftab bowled well and took 3 wickets each. Waseem claimed 2 wickets. In reply, Saudi Readymix reached the target in 14th over. Sufyan took 2 wickets for Al-Majdouie CC. In another match, Suzuki Saudia defeated Adpco CC. Electing to bat, Suzuki Saudia scored 169-8 in the allotted 20 overs. Zahid scored 42 runs off 23 balls. Faisal also scored quick 36 off 18 balls. Krishnan Unni and Fassi took 3 wickets each for Adpco. In reply Adpco was all out for 131 in the 19th over. Wicketkeeper-captain Tanveer scored 37 and Sohrab made 33. Sulaiman and Baber took 2 wickets each for Suzuki Saudia. In another match, Blue Stars defeated Sialkot Eleven by 8 wickets. Batting first, Sialkot Eleven was all out for 49. Blue Stars bowlers did not allow Sialkot's batsmen to settle down. Mutalibtook 3 wickets, Imtiyaz, Saeed and Anwar got 2 each. In reply, Blue Stars reached the target in the 10th over by losing 2 wickets. Tasaddaq and Shahbaz took one wicket each. __
