Three Saudis are among a team of Arab writers chosen by the BBC to write a radio play scheduled for broadcast on the BBC's World Service. The English-language radio play will be broadcast on March 21, according to Al-Watan Arabic daily. The three Saudis are Ali Al-Majnouni, Fatima Ilyas, and Tahani Al-Ghureibi, while the other members of the writing team hail from Qatar and Lebanon. The radio production, which was recorded at the British Broadcasting Company's studios in London, is a result of a BBC and British Council creative project incorporating writers from across the Arab world entitled “New Arab Voices.” __
