Jade Goody went shopping for a wedding dress with fiancé Jack Tweed yesterday just 48 hours after being told by doctors her cancer is terminal and she may have only weeks to live. The couple became engaged on Valentine's Day after hearing the news that the reality TV star may have as little as eight weeks to live. The 27-year-old and Tweed are expected to marry later this week and have been offered Sir Elton John's £20million mansion near Windsor Castle as a possible venue by the singer. On hearing of her plight, the owner of Harrods has also stepped in with a kind offer. Jade's publicist Max Clifford explained: ‘They went to Harrods and she found the most beautiful dress. Mohamed Al Fayed heard about it and said, “That's my wedding present to you two”.'
