Microsoft Band 2 can be availed thru a shopping concierge
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 10 - 10 - 2015

MICROSOFT Band 2, the second-generation fitness tracker, was unveiled at an event in New York recently together with the new Lumia 950, Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book.
Microsoft Health powers Microsoft Band 2 that tracks heart rate, steps, calorie burn, and sleep quality. It also helps with email previews and calendar alerts.
The updates of this highly popular wearable gadget include a curved AMOLED display that will help it conform more naturally to the wrist, and new additional sensors that detect and measure physical exercise going up and down stairs.
The battery has moved underneath instead of hugging the band's sides, making the strap feel smoother. The selling price is $249.99.
The highly anticipated Microsoft Band 2 was only released in the US and a select number of other countries at the launch event. A release date has not yet been announced for Saudi Arabia.
Big Apple Buddy, a shopping concierge in New York, was founded with the mission to bridge this gap in cross-border shopping, giving a chance to anyone in the world to access the latest tech products directly from the US.
Microsoft fans in Saudi Arabia have the opportunity to pre-order the Microsoft Band 2 immediately through Big Apple Buddy today.
The company has partnered with reliable shipping carriers, Fedex, UPS and DHL, meaning customers can receive their new gadget in as little as a week once Microsoft begins fulfilling orders.
The process is extremely easy — consumers simply tell the company what they would like to buy from America and then they will have their product personally sourced and shipped to their doorstep. The New York startup has already developed a loyal client-base in over 60 countries around the world. Their clientele are mainly professionals, who simply want the latest products quickly and hassle-free.
When you order your products through Big Apple Buddy, you will experience a completely personalized and seamless shopping experience. The company handles the entire process for the client from order to delivery. They will source the item as quickly as possible, check and repackage the goods upon arrival at their facility, prepare all necessary customs documentation and have the parcel safely shipped to your doorstep.
All costs are set out in a free quote with a minimum service fee of $40 per order. The service fee covers all the leg work the company does for its clients, including discount negotiations, packaging, shipping and providing personalized product and shopping advice.
Big Apple Buddy has a mission to eliminate international shopping barriers, giving consumers access to the latest tech products as soon as they are released in America, regardless of where they are in the world.
Big Apple Buddy is a New York based e-commerce company, founded by two former Australian corporate lawyers who saw a global demand for items that are only available in the US. — SG
