Who doesn't love Pizza? With lots of restaurants and shops around town serving a great variety it gets difficult to choose. You either want pepperoni, vegetable or meat pizzas, or do you want all of them? It is hard to decide when you just can't have them all together. Well not anymore!
New York Cab Pizza located on Prince Sultan Street offers economical pizzas of any type that you may desire all at once. The building stands amazingly beautiful with lights and artistic work resembling a cab outside and inside. It is a small shop, with singles and family area at the top. The walls depict New York, its streets and even the floor has a NYC feel. However, it sometimes has a quiet ambiance as there are not too many staff in number. They offer appetizers, beverages, salads and desserts along with the main pizzas. Prices range between SR45 for a large pizza and SR25 for a small one. Appetizers include chicken wings, baked potatoes, onion rings, garlic bread and mozzarella sticks, potato wedges and a Cab combo (which is a combination of all appetizers). They range from SR10 to SR25. The down side is the small serving size of appetizers; they are just too small when compared to the large pizzas on offer.
Caesar, American and Rocca Salads are offered as well. Now for the main course which are pizzas. The best thing that New York Cab Pizza offers with their pizzas is that you can choose four kinds of pizza in one. The pizzas are not authentic Italian ones, but thin crust American-style pizzas with generous toppings. You can order pepperoni, vegetable, tandoori and super supreme pizzas for just SR45. Seafood lovers can indulge in a succulent taste of shrimp and tuna pizzas with creamy cheese and olives. A pizza here is not just large, but extra-large, whereas a small pizza is extra small. The crust is not crunchy or soggy, but baked to perfection. All orders are served with chilies and jalapenos on request.
Just for those who like to add desserts at the end of the meal, try chocolate soufflé served hot and sizzling at a standard size.
One pizza can serve two to three people. Takeaway and delivery services are also on offer. Though customer service is not as good as should be, the delivery system deserves a thumbs up. They deliver hot and on time based on where a person is located.
In short, as the saying goes there is no better feeling in the world than a warm pizza box on your lap. So pick up your telephone to order your pizza today or drive to New York Cab Pizza to sense the aura of New York City.
