SHEIKH Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai, officially opened Cityscape Global 2015, the Middle East's largest international real estate exhibition.
Upon cutting the ribbon, Sheikh Maktoum toured the exhibition halls, stopping by major international developers' stands.
During the VIP tour, he stopped by the mega project Falconcity of Wonders (FCW). Salem Almoosa, chairman and general manager of FCW, accompanied Sheikh Maktoum during the tour of the pavilion.
Sheikh Maktoum stopped by the ‘Medium Pyramid' as he was impressed with its design and layout, while Almoosa explained to him about the launching of the project. “Falconcity of Wonders launched the Medium Pyramid at Cityscape 2015.”
“The ‘Medium Pyramid' that displays a revamped design offering a stylish appeal. The iconic Wonder will be a 20-story structure featuring approximately 2,000 luxurious service hotel apartments comprising studios, one and two bedrooms which will be managed by a world class hospitality chain.”
Inspired by the wonders of the world, Falconcity of Wonders is established to provide a luxurious lifestyle within a peaceful and fully-integrated community, becoming a definition of tranquil modern living in Dubai.
Covering an area of over 41 million sq ft, Falconcity of Wonders features spacious apartments, shopping malls, hotels, fine dining restaurants, health clubs, spas, nurseries, schools and parks. Falconcity of Wonders, which is shaped like a falcon symbolizing the UAE's heritage, offers attractive real estate investment opportunities that arise from commercial and recreational facilities, tourism attractions and the international-themed villas that are inspired by different architectural designs from around the world.
At the exhibition, a designated team of professionals is available throughout the three days to promote Falconcity of Wonders and to accommodate those who would like to know more about the project.
“It is because of our leaders' support that we are able to continue our growth. We are always grateful to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum's continued and strategic vision of making Dubai as a global tourist destination and the region's main business hub,” Almoosa.
FCW is a multipurpose mega project being developed in Dubai, featuring structures based on famous sites and architectural marvels of the world, such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
The city is shaped to represent the falcon, emblematic of the UAE's heritage. The project will combine various commercial, residential, educational and leisure amenities with entertainment facilities, and will include apartments, villas, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, health clubs and spas, and schools and parks.
FCW is built as the most ambitious destination created to appeal to the widest audience, covering all age groups and nationalities. — SG
