British Airways offers special fares to residents in Saudi Arabia
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 02 - 09 - 2015

Home to Shakespeare, Bond and the British Royal Family, it is little wonder why London is still a favorite holiday hotspot among KSA residents. To encourage customers looking to explore London and beyond, British Airways is offering special fares from the Jeddah and Riyadh to the British capital, which are available to book until Sept. 7 with travel before March 31, 2016.
A recent survey conducted by British Airways revealed that London took the lead by far as 27 percent of voters nominated the British capital as their favorite holiday hotspot. Securing second place favorite was the Almafi Coast in Italy with 21 percent of the votes and Miami followed closely as the third holiday favorite with 18 percent of the votes.
Whether residents from KSA are looking for a taste of British hospitality, a visit to the glamorous South Beach in Miami or relax in a villa along the Amalfi Coast in Italy, which is popular with celebrities, British Airways' all cabin sale allows customers from KSA the chance to book a holiday to their dream destination.
Paolo De Renzis, Head of Middle East, Africa and Central Asia Sales for British Airways, said “we fly daily between Jeddah and Riyadh to London offering our customers excellent connections to 188 destinations across our network. We hope this latest offer that allows for travel until the end of March next year, encourages even more people living in KSA to explore their favorite destination or visit somewhere new.”
When planning a holiday to London, visitors from Saudi Arabia could include some of the top 21st century British landmarks (as voted for in a recent poll conducted by British Airways' High Life magazine) such as a visit to the Millennium Bridge, the London Eye and the Tate Modern when planning their holiday.
The discounted British Airways airfares will be available across all cabins to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada and allows for travel until March 31, 2016. Return fares start from as little as SR2,506 per person from Saudi Arabia to London, UK. A full timetable of British Airways' flights to London and beyond is available online at ba.com, where customers can find the lowest fares and book, pay and check-in online for their flights. — SG
