IHCC signs cooperation agreement with JCT

IHCC, a leading turnkey solutions provider that specializes in healthcare, education and mixed-use projects, recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Jeddah College of Technology to begin the Training Ended Employment Program.
The college offers technical and vocational training programs that are tailored to meet labor market requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As part of the agreement, IHCC will train and recruit 30 students from the college every year. IHCC will mentor these students, offering them hands-on, practical training to prepare them for full-time recruitment with the company on completion of their training.
The initiative is in line with IHCC's commitment to partner with the community and encourage young talent to achieve their full potential.
Sultan Batterjee, CEO of IHCC, is actively involved in engaging the region's youth, inspiring them to venture into innovative areas of enterprise development.
Commenting on the partnership Batterjee said: “I am excited about partnering with the Jeddah College of Technology to implement this program, which we hope will further improve employees skills and job knowledge as well as encourage youth to pursue their studies and contribute productively both to their own development and that of the country's economy.
