I'm living in a democratic country and never ever faced harassment with or without Hijab. But in Arab countries every little girl and woman experiences sexual harassment at least once in their lifetime. They also have equal rights to roam anywhere. In the early stage of Islam there was equal right for women to go to anywhere even battlefield with their parents or husband or relatives. This is daytime and they are covered nicely as well. Why so many young boys gathered around them and doing this rubbish harassment? Why? Have the boys any mother and sister? Why? because the system's lack of moral education and when rules are not emphasized this is the impact. Some of us especially parents are not stressing on morals whereby they never follow-up on any wrongs of their children.
