RIYADH — Following the successful Overseas Voting (OV) Outreach in AlKhobar, Eastern Region, the Philippine Embassy conducted its 16th OV Outreach at the Philippine International School in Buraidah, Qassim. The two-day registration outreach was conducted in parallel with the Embassy-On-Wheels Consular Outreach headed by Vice Consul Redentor D. Genotiva. The OV Team was able to register 220 new Overseas Voters and facilitated one (1) Reinstatement of OV Records. The outreach was conducted in cooperation with the management of the Philippine International School in Buraidah (PISB) and Filipino Community organizations in Qassim. Overseas Voting Registration continues to be held at the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh and during Embassy-On-Wheels scheduled in the different regions under the Embassy's jurisdiction until Oct. 31 2015. The next schedule of Overseas Voting Mobile Registration will be held at the Al Jabalain Hotel in Hail Province, Northern Region on July 24-25. The Philippine Embassy will also conduct a Consular Outreach Mission on the same dates to be held at the Al Jabalain Hotel in Hail. The Embassy will provide a full range of consular services to Filipino nationals in Hail and other nearby areas in the Central Province, as follows: Consular Outreach Services: Passport Application (New/Renewal/Replacement) Passport Extension Notarial Services Report of Birth Report of Marriage Fingerprinting for NBI Clearance Application Letter of Endorsement for Saudi Police Clearance. The timings are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Saturday. All applicants for passport renewal should secure/book an appointment thru Embassy's website at: www.philembassy-riyadh.org. All passport applicants must also bring their old passport and a photocopy of their passport's data page. Passport application fee is SR240.00. For other consular services, applicants will be entertained on a “First come, first serve” basis. Applicants must bring a photocopy of their valid passport and other relevant documents. — SG
