Batelco, Bahrain's leading telecommunications company, was presented with the Telecoms Technology Investment in Mobile Networks of the Year award for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at the 3rd annual CommsMEA Awards held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai on Dec. 15. The CommsMEA Awards set out to celebrate and pay tribute to the telecoms industry professionals and operators that have shown outstanding performance and results in key market segments. The awards were judged by an independent panel of regional telecommunications experts. “This accolade rounds out a slew of awards picked up by Batelco in recent months,” noted Al Janahi. “Batelco Group won the Best Customer Care in the Middle East award at the 2nd annual Telecoms World Awards held in Dubai last month.
