Restyled 2015 Nissan Juke launched in KSA
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 20 - 06 - 2015

ALISSA Auto, a member of Abdullatif Alissa Group Holding and official dealer of Nissan vehicles in Saudi Arabia, launched the restyled 2015 Nissan Juke compact crossover.
The company kicked off 2015 Nissan Juke at its North Ring Road showroom near Exit 4 in Riyadh recently, while launching in Jeddah in Palestine Street showroom five days later. Finally, the Nissan Juke was launched in Seihat showroom in Dammam on the 11th of June.
The opening of three new Alissa Auto showrooms has accompanied the launch of the new Nissan Juke.
These grand openings reflect Nissan's and Alissa's ambition for the Kingdom's three major metropolises – Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam – to add to its 24 sales and service centers throughout the Kingdom.
In the launch ceremony, Alissa Auto pointed out the nuanced quality of the 2015 Juke's design.
The crossover's 190-horsepower, turbocharged, 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine channels its torque to the front wheels through an Xtronic continuously variable transmission with the added capability of selecting six preset ratios in two-wheel-drive models.
The smart-key, pushbutton system gets the car rolling on 17-inch alloy wheels as the driver revels in the safety of front and side airbags, the convenience of the Nconnect and SATNAV systems, and the luxury of leather seats.
“With the new Nissan Juke, Alissa Auto aims to increase sales to individuals from all walks of society, and the Juke is targeted especially at young men,” said Essam Mojalid, Chief Executive Officer of Alissa Auto.
“Young men will surely find the new Nissan Juke's captivating, head-turning styling attractive, and will flock to every Alissa showroom to get a glimpse of its unique, ultramodern design, from the aggressive front turn signals to the racing-inspired dual headlights that make the Juke's looks unique.”
Abdul Ilah Wazni, General Manager of Marketing and Public relations at Nissan Saudi Arabia, was just as enthusiastic.
“The Juke was a hit thanks to its unmatched character among compact crossovers, and will continue on its winning streak,” said Wazni.
“With its sharp responses, the Juke offers a sports car-like driving experience in an even more spacious cabin with luxurious accoutrements and a high seating position. Despite all the new changes, Nissan successfully maintained the Juke's renowned character.”
The Juke amalgamates a coupe's roofline appearance with the practicality of a compact hatchback, providing the best features of both.
The meticulous design of the concealed rear door handles reflects the overall styling of the car, giving off a fleet, sporty appearance that evokes that of a coupe.
Sporting touches can be seen around every curve of the Juke's bodywork. The Z370-inspired taillights add to the car's sporting appearance in a way that combines beauty with practicality to perfection. — SG
