A society for helping charities

The Ministry of Social Affairs has revealed that it is supervising 654 charity organizations in various parts of the Kingdom.
They included 40 women organizations and 138 charity institutions. The activities of these organizations range from caring for citizens with special needs and assisting needy people to rehabilitating and training productive families and doing various other charity work.
The ministry said this year alone it has licensed 18 new charity organizations. Since the door is open for the licensing and establishment of new charity organizations, I suggest that a number of wealthy people come together to establish a new welfare society whose sole objective is to help the existing charity organizations improve their performance.
Some of these organizations have so much money that the results of their work cannot easily be seen by the naked eye, only through TV or newspaper coverage.
It is important that the new charity organization will not leave a halala in its bank account so it is not left disabled like the existing organizations that are being pulled back by the huge amounts of cash.
The new organization should depend entirely in its work on the voluntary activities of its members, not their money or the funds it may have.
The organization will need a recognized number of inquisitive members who will be able to reform a welfare society suffering from mismanagement and slowness in decision-making.
The members of our new society will focus on training the employees and members of the charity organizations to develop charity work according to the most advanced and modern international standards.
The new organization will also need a number of inquisitive women members who will study the hurdles facing women charity organizations and find solutions for them.
They will coordinate with the concerned government departments to solve the problems or try to issue rules and regulations from the Shoura Council.
The new organization will need a third category of super inquisitive members to see to it that the millions of riyals donated by philanthropists and the welfare lovers will not end up being used to pay for cartons of food that are then stacked away in the stores of charity organizations.
These cartons will only be distributed among the poor and needy families during Ramadan and other religious occasions.
Someone may say the work of this new organization that I am proposing will be similar to the work of the ministry itself. I will say no to him.
The ministry is undertaking executive and supervisory tasks through its government employees while my new organization does not need employees or financial donors.
This organization will only need the voluntary efforts of its members to assist all the ailing societies that are unable to perform perfectly.
This society can also do charity work for the ministry's employees looking for training opportunities. It will also inform them about the societies that are unable to function properly.
The figure 654 looks distinctive because its digits follow each other in an organized succession from top to bottom.
If it is licensed, our new organization will raise the number of the charity organizations to 655, which is also a distinguished figure.
This is when we want to talk about the outside appearances not the real content. We need a new society to wake up the existing charity organizations.
