Al Abeer Medical Group is keen on implementing the Saudization program vigorously to the highest level required by the Saudi authorities, according to Mohammed Alungal, chairman and managing director of the group. “We will provide the best ever training possible to improve the job skills, work efficiency and productivity of the staff,” he said while addressing a workshop aimed at further developing job skills and improving performance of the group's Saudi staff.
Alungal also congratulated the staff for their excellent performance. “The group is committed to achieve and maintain excellence in customer satisfaction, as well as in providing world class healthcare at an affordable rate,” he added. Several employees from various branches of the group in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah and Madinah participated in the workshop held in Jeddah recently under the supervision of the group's human resources (HR) department.
Addressing the staff, Khaled Almaeena, Editor at Large of Saudi Gazette and senior management consultant of the group, said that Alungal has a vision to make the group among the top healthcare providers in the Gulf. He also lauded the leadership qualities of Hamza Abdulaziz Dagistani, general manager of the group's HR department, saying: “Dagistani is very keen to enhance the quality and skills of Al Abeer employees. “Dagistani is a highly dedicated professional,” he added.
Earlier, welcoming the gathering, Dagistani commended the team spirit of the staffers. He said that the workshop was aimed at fulfilling the department's strategic goals for the future, as well as to streamline the organizational structure so as to meet the future challenges. There were elaborate discussions with the active participation of the department officials and the participants focusing on how to take advantage of the outcome of the workshop in improving the work performance in future.
Addressing the participants, trainer Asaad Saleh highlighted the significance of the single team philosophy. He urged the participants not to hesitate to contact the training department at the group to discuss about any point that would contribute to improving their quality of work.
Winding up the session, Dagistani underscored the importance of such events that enable enhancing interaction of the management and the staff, and this will help improve the quality of services being rendered by the group as one of the leading private healthcare providers in the Kingdom.
Al-Abeer Medical Group is routinely carrying out restructuring procedures keeping pace with the requirements for the future phase. Launched in 1999, Al-Abeer Group has now more than a dozen branches across the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, and Madinah. The group strives for perfection, excellence and values in healthcare. Its mission is to bring affordable healthcare within the reach of every individual.
