JUBAIL — Students of International Indian School, Jubail, made an excellent performance in the All Indian Senior School Certificate Examination. Of a total of 159 students who sat the exams, 157 were successful with a pass rate of 98.7 percent. Vatsal J. Badami who scored 97 percent marks in Science stream became the Kingdomwide topper with Varsha Balachandra Kumar of International Indian School, Dammam. Of the 111 students who appeared in the Science stream, 110 passed. The total number of students who appeared in the Commerce stream was 48 and 47 of them passed. Vaibhav Purohit with an aggregate of 96.2 percent came in the second position in the Science stream followed by Afreen Shaikh and Parvathi Harilal with 95.8 percent. In the Commerce stream, Kuriakose M.J. came first with 91.4 percent followed by Arnav M.P. (89.8 percent) and Parvathi Ratnakaran (85 percent). — SG
