Qatar hosts international construction tech show
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 03 - 05 - 2015

DOHA — Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), operated by AMLAK Holding, is hosting Project Qatar 2015 for the second consecutive year on May 4-7.
Project Qatar, the 12th International Construction Technology and Building Materials Exhibition, established as the most important exhibition for highlighting the latest products and service offering for Qatar's rapidly expanding construction industry and the destination of choice for regional and international industry professionals has, once again, chosen QNCC as the venue of choice for its popular exhibition.
QNCC is the ideal candidate for hosting and organizing an event of this scale, not only in Qatar, but throughout the region, thanks to its massive size and wide area, as well as the state-of-the-art facility.
By extending the most advanced connectivity, spacious reception areas and lounges, and bespoke hospitality services, QNCC ensures maximum performance, and an invigorating experience for participants and attendees alike
“We are pleased to be hosting this prestigious event for the second year, Project Qatar attracts construction industry professionals from the world over, contributing to Qatar's booming construction industry, a vital contributor to our economy,” said Ken Jamieson, General Manager, QNCC.
“Our aim at QNCC is to go beyond convention and offer services tailored to each individual event.” In addition to Project Qatar 2015, two concurrent events; Qatar Stone Tech 2015 and Heavy Max 2015, will take place at QNCC.
Speaking of the Centre's capacity for concurrent events Ken said, “Venue of this size is able to accommodate complementary events ensuring a one stop shop for industry professionals.
Our customer is at the core of our business and having the ability to add value by providing top of the range services that enable a variety of activities and concurrent shows, which will increase the benefits and opportunities for exhibitors and visitors alike, is what drives our business.”
George Ayache, General Manager, Project Qatar, said "we are happy to organize Project Qatar at the Qatar National Convention Centre for the second consecutive year.” — SG
