JEDDAH — Professor Sajid Mir, senator and president of Markazi Jamiat Ahle-Hadith, Pakistan, said the operation ‘Decisive Storm' is a judicious and important decision of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King in defending Saudi Arabia's territorial security while helping the legitimate government of Yemen against a Houthi coup. He was speaking to the gathering at the residence of Haji Abdul Rouf, chief patron of Markazi Jamiat Ahle-Hadith, here. Prominent group members including Mukhtar Usmani, Abdul Alim Aamir and media personalities attended the gathering. The senator said that Prime Minister Mohammed Nawaz Sharif has repeatedly asserted that he will defend any threat to Saudi Arabia's territorial integrity without defining what threat that could be. He added that Saudi Arabia had always generously helped Pakistan in every crises therefore, it is our moral duty to helped our Saudi brothers. He also urged his countrymen to take advantage of the opportunities available in the Kingdom and work in the interest of both countries. “Respect and follow the local laws of Kingdom and do not get involved in any negative activities which would damage the image of Pakistan too,” he added.
