JAZAN — Twenty illegal expatriates were injured after the Border Guards' vehicle that was carrying them overturned. Jazan Red Crescent spokesman Bishi Al-Sarkhy said 13 of the victims were immediately transported to a hospital, six were treated on the spot and one victim was carried to the hospital by a citizen. Jazan Border Guards spokesman Capt. Hasan Al-Qusaibi said the brakes of the vehicle were not functioning and that caused the accident. All of the victims were in stable condition except for two who are in intensive care.
