Most of the so-called illegal expatriates came to the Kingdom on legal visas, but when what they expected to be a bed of roses turned out to be hell on earth, they decided to run away from their despotic employers and thus ended up being branded “illegal expatriates”. So someone tell us: Who made these legal expatriates illegal? Was it not their own Saudi employers? So why target the employees alone and not the employers as well? The government must close stupid illegal companies which do not provide iqamas to expatriates. Please take action against these companies first then expatriates.
