This is in response to the article, ‘Women support 9:00 p.m. shop closure decision'. Compared to other GCC countries, this country has the largest resources and also all year round regular income from pilgrims. Any halal income is good but it is very strange that young Saudi women are working at supermarkets and markets, malls, restaurants where other GCC women would not dream of working. Saudi women must have learned this idea from Asian women who have to make a living to feed the whole family (noble act in their culture), but Muslim women must care her family in a different manner.
