RIYAHD — Saudi Solidaire Company has unveiled its new housing project, the “Golden Tower”, in a ceremony attended by a number of businessmen in its headquarters in Riyadh. The attendees were briefed about the details of the tower, its luxury, spaciousness and privacy features. Dr. Nasser Chammaa, Chairman of Solidaire International, said the “Golden Tower”, located at the Jeddah Corniche, is being developed in partnership with Development Corporation Ltd. “It is the cornerstone of Solidaire International strategy that began its expansion in Saudi Arabia through major projects, based on its regional and global experience in real estate development and management,” he said. “The solid economic foundations of Saudi Arabia are key motivators for us to move forward with future projects that we hope to become a milestone in planning, design and urban development,” he added. Chammaa said the Golden Tower is “comparable to the world's finest towers in terms of its location and unique architectural design. It will be an architectural masterpiece in Jeddah.” The “Golden Tower” presents new standards of well-off residence in view of its external and internal luxury designs and its main lobby, which is nine meters high.
The project has water sceneries scattered throughout the building to give the tenants a feeling of comfort and excellence, along with the beauty of Jeddah cornice and the Red Sea. He noted that the Golden Tower is designed to ensure complete privacy for the residents, thus all its elevators are linked to a special walkway for each apartment. The apartments, which are of various sizes, enjoy same levels of roominess, luxury and ceiling heights. The areas of the apartments vary and range between 350 to 850 square meters, and all have large panoramic views through glass facade of 50 to 100 meters. The “Golden Tower” consists of 48 storeys, and represents an architectural landmark with its unique designs. A special and advanced lighting system will be installed that chimes with the day lights.
