The Arabian Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, with the winners' logo being recognized as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. Lifestyle Developers competed against a number of contenders across the region's property landscape to earn the coveted top spot. The award, which was presented earlier this month at a high-profile gala of industry peers, recognizes Lifestyle Developers for its mixed-use of affordable yet upscale developments, particularly the well-appointed 568 AlZahra Residences that was handed over to end users in April 2014. The 5-star winners were then re-judged to select just one from each of the 50 different categories to go forward to represent Arabia in the 2014-2015 International Property Awards and compete against other winning companies from Europe, Asia Pacific, Canada, the United States, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Africa and the United Kingdom for the ultimate “World's Best” honors in each category. The Awards' judging panel consists of more than 70 highly respected experts and is chaired by three active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.
