Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, had participated in the prestigious International Conference & Exposition recently organized by the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) in Washington, with the objective to further enhance and implement training programs at the bank on par with global industry standards. The ASTD also awarded Emirates NBD with four “Excellence in Practice” citations for its training programs, making Emirates NBD the top bank in the Middle East region and the only organization from the GCC to win four citations. Emirates NBD was recognized for its Certified Associate Program (CAP) and Certified Manager Program (CMP) in the Performance Improvement category, Certified Performance Manager Program (CPMP) in the Facilitating Organizational Change category, and Designing & Implementing a Strategic Learning & Development Approach in the Organizational Learning & Development category. Over 30 different parallel sessions focusing mainly on training, leadership and management, enabled delegates to get a comprehensive view of the possibilities in this field.
