Saudi Gazette report RIYADH — The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Haia) has disclosed that supervisory employees are constantly being head-hunted robbing the commission of top talent. The employees accept jobs elsewhere due to their success in building good relations with the authorities related to the commission's work, Al-Madinah daily reported. In a report on its performance last year, the Haia attributed the loss of talent to financial and social pressures that force employees to seek other jobs. The report said many posts remain vacant for a long time due to the difficulty in filling them, especially administrative posts. The commission said there has been a decline in the number of job applicants despite an increase in the total number of field jobs available, which currently stands at 5,683.
