A wide array of treats will be featured, from classic strawberry milkshakes made with fresh strawberry purée to strawberry cheesecakes. Baked and carefully designed to perfection, a selection of strawberry cakes and tarts will satisfy taste buds with a combination of warm vanilla and luscious chocolate, finished off with creamy strawberry mousse. Guests can also take away these cakes for their loved ones or colleagues in elegantly-designed boxes. The inspiration for the new strawberry items comes from the hotel's chefs, whose ideas and experiences, combined with a variety of culinary techniques, has helped create exciting new menu items, passionately prepared from the delightful red fruit. And this much-loved fruit is not only refreshing, but also very healthy and nourishing. Strawberries contain ample amounts of vitamins C and K, and antioxidants which make the berries bright red. Strawberries also contain manganese, folic acid, potassium, copper, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids, which agreeably boost Mövenpick's “Go healthy” initiative.
