These new software toolkits enable Canon partners to develop apps – allowing for functionalities such as batch scanning – for Canon's imageFORMULA document scanners1 to further accelerate document capture processing in organizations. Supporting Canon's CaptureOnTouch Mobile, a free app enabling to capture multiple documents quickly to iOS and Android devices and share them immediately to cloud applications or pre-defined office workflows, the toolkits will allow Canon partners to enrich their existing apps, or create customer-specific ones, with features such as duplex batch scanning, auto deskew, auto page size detection, skip blank page and setting the scan quality.
