A local Arabic daily recently reported that the woman had initially refused to remarry in the hopes of winning back her husband. But when she found out that her ex was marrying again and that too to one of her relatives, the shocked 30-year-old divorcee raged with fury. She then decided to marry her longtime admirer, who had proposed the woman a couple of times before her unfortunate marriage, on a rare condition — to wed in the hall right next to where her ex was throwing his wedding reception on the same evening.
