MOBILY has recently launched “30 for 30” promotion for Business Cloud Solutions, where 30 (Micro Virtual Machines) are given for free for 30 days. The μVM (Micro Virtual Machines) is a fine-grained unit of measurement that is equivalent to 200MHz of CPU, 768 MB of memory, 40 storage input/output operations per second and 2 Mbps of networking bandwidth. This measurement is designed to accurately read the actual consumption of cloud resources in the cloud. As part of the promotion, Mobily will provide business customers with the required resources to host their business processes, data and applications on cloud nodes with a computing capacity equivalent to 30 µVMs for 30 days, free of charge. This includes migration of the customers' data and applications and cloud advisory services needed for the implementation. Mobily intends to help prospects and customers experience by running business' workload in the cloud. Through this process, technical and financial benefits can be gained from cloud deployment including, but not limited to, enhancement of infrastructure performance and manageability.
