MANAMA — The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa will host a lively and luxurious Ramadan experience at the Al Khayma Ramadan tent during the holy month, serving Iftar and Ghabgha in a contemporary setting complimented by a relaxed ambiance.
Set amid lush gardens and beaches overlooking the Arabian Sea, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa offers guests a tranquil oasis to get together with family and friends to celebrate the spirit of the holy month.
The lavish Iftar buffet will offer traditional Arabian cuisine including Hot and Cold Mezzeh, Ouzi Gulf, Grills, Bahraini King Fish, Spicy Chicken wings and Harees as well as Indian and Continental fare.
A key attraction will be the live cooking stations, including the Arabic bakery station serving fresh shawarma, manakeesh and falafel as well as the Kosharry station where the Arabic chefs will demonstrate how to make the perfect mixed grill set.
The extensive buffet will be topped up by a dessert menu featuring a vast selection of Arab, Indian and Western sweet treats such as Baklawa, Umm Ali, Petit Antoine and Gajjar Halwa.
In addition to the Iftar, Ghabgha buffet will also be served daily from 9 pm, with Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine. Traditional Arabic drinks such as Jellab, Kamareldin, Karkade and Tamardine will be available along with a choice of hot beverages such as tea and coffee.
A four-piece band and an Arabic singer will provide live entertainment for the Ghabgha guests every night from 9 pm to 1.30 am.
The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa also offers exclusive pergolas to groups of six and more looking for a private venue to entertain during Ramadan. With a silver service of selected hot buffet items and three complimentary shishas, the pergolas offer an intimate option for corporate Iftars as well as families. — SG
