Set amid lush gardens and beaches overlooking the Arabian Sea, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa offers guests a tranquil oasis to get together with family and friends to celebrate the spirit of the holy month. The lavish Iftar buffet will offer traditional Arabian cuisine including Hot and Cold Mezzeh, Ouzi Gulf, Grills, Bahraini King Fish, Spicy Chicken wings and Harees as well as Indian and Continental fare. A key attraction will be the live cooking stations, including the Arabic bakery station serving fresh shawarma, manakeesh and falafel as well as the Kosharry station where the Arabic chefs will demonstrate how to make the perfect mixed grill set. The extensive buffet will be topped up by a dessert menu featuring a vast selection of Arab, Indian and Western sweet treats such as Baklawa, Umm Ali, Petit Antoine and Gajjar Halwa.
