The Switchline team maintained its composure to capture the ABB Tribe Bowling League championship at the Intercontinental Riyadh Hotel Bowling Center recently. Atoi Ramos also shared the spotlight by bagging the Most Valuable Player award. The other team members of the newly crowned champion Switchline team were Joven Macaraeg, Rommel David, Arnel Roxas, Mario Gutierrez, Alaa Mohammed Merza and Ben Adona. Mel Solas mentored the Switchline team. Landing in second place was Rey Pompa's team of Disconnector and the players were Mario Salvador, Benjie Magarzo, Noli Medrano, Clemen Ringor, Adeel Ahmed, Thomas Colaco and Sajid Siddiqui. Circuit Breaker, captained by Louie Laguardia, placed third with team members Arcel Garcia, Gerry Signey, Roberto Villanueva, Jansen Ugalino, Bilal Ahmed, Veyo Adina and Ahmed Anwar. Switchgear snatched the fourth place and the team was managed by JB Buyson. It was composed of Ronnie Rosales, Rommel Resurreccion, Dongsy Sieja, Vincent Sanctis, Sonny Buso and Amjad Ali. The Transformer squad, mentored by Atoi Ramos, landed fifth. The members were Glenn Dellera, Ed Malinis, Ashraf Motran, Nomer Javal, Ferdie Gojo and Waseem Abu-Jubarah. Standings of other teams: 6. Control Panel - Rollie Navales (captain), Manuel Adeva, Resty Alejandro, Frank Peralta, Larry Logan, Rurik Ian Santos and Ashley Fontanilla; 9. Broadban – Larry Baleros (captain), Alex Bello, Roland Suarez, Ruel Telin, Jhun Antido, Roger Rivera and Moses Dizon; 10. Unigear – Ronnie Arizo (captain), Keng Raymundo, Ghanie Baldovino, Ariel Guico, Jerome Alcibar, Khaldoun Shahin, Mohammed Sajid and Abdullah Awaiji. The ABB Tribe Bowling Club officers headed by its chairman Rey Pompa thanked ABB officials Zeid Al-Rumaihi, Group HR Manager, Mohommed Abdul Haleem, Group HRD Coordinator and Mohammed S.
