RIYADH — Shoura Council Speaker Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sheikh received the newly appointed ambassadors of Saudi Arabia to a number of friendly countries at the Council's headquarters in Riyadh on Monday. Al-Sheikh welcomed the ambassadors, congratulating them on the royal trust reposed on them. He wished them success in carrying out their duties and representing Saudi Arabia in a manner that reflects its regional and international standing. The speaker emphasized the importance of the role to be played by ambassadors in strengthening the Kingdom's relations with friendly countries, conveying its steadfast positions and policies based on supporting security and stability, and enhancing joint cooperation in various fields.
