WASHINGTON—Saudi Arabia has welcomed the signing of a declaration of principles between the governments of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Rwanda last Friday in Washington. The Kingdom appreciates the diplomatic efforts made by all countries in this regard and looks forward to both countries' commitment to this declaration, which will positively impact the enhancement of security and stability in both countries.
