Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co. sets Guinness World Record with largest continuous concrete pour
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 14 - 11 - 2024

Habib Real Estate Co. has achieved a major global milestone by securing a Guinness World Record for the largest continuous concrete pour ever undertaken. This remarkable feat was completed as part of the company's ambitious Kaheel project in Saudi Arabia.
The announcement was made during a special event at the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh. During the ceremony, the company presented a documentary film showcasing the challenging and impressive process of pouring massive amounts of concrete.
The prestigious Guinness World Record certificate was presented to Mr. Abdullah Al-Habib, CEO of Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co., who expressed immense pride in this national achievement.
He emphasized that this accomplishment demonstrates the company's dedication to delivering groundbreaking, innovative projects that align with Saudi Arabia's ambitious vision.
He also credited the success to the collaborative efforts between the company's teams and various government agencies, highlighting the company's robust supply chain and its deep expertise in real estate development.
Al-Habib reaffirmed the company's commitment to contributing to the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and its ongoing efforts to create projects that elevate the quality of life for both residents and visitors.
Engineer Mansour Al-Otaibi, Vice President of Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co., provided further details on the record-breaking concrete pour, which began in 2024 and lasted for three consecutive days.
The company exceeded the previous record of 32,000 cubic meters by pouring an impressive 70,000 cubic meters of concrete.
The operation involved a massive team of 9,000 workers, 13,000 mixers, 87 pumps, and 6,500 trucks, all working together through a single —entry point to complete the task— a truly remarkable achievement in the real estate sector.
In addition to the Guinness World Record, the Kaheel project has garnered international recognition, winning two major awards at the International Property Awards 2024: "Best Mixed-Use Development" and "Best Residential Development".
Spanning 96,833 square meters, the Kaheel project features 1,492 residential units and offers a fully integrated living experience. With amenities such as an indoor park, a mosque, a sports club, a supermarket, walking paths, and over 30,000 square meters of green spaces, it combines luxurious living with convenience and comfort.
This achievement underscores Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co.'s position as a leader in the Saudi real estate market and its ongoing role in shaping the future of the Kingdom's urban development.
