RIYADH — Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), has announced a groundbreaking event for Riyadh Season. On Feb. 24, the Kingdom Arena will be the stage for a historic mixed martial arts (MMA) showdown, featuring champions from the Professional Fighters League (PFL) against Bellator champions. Al-Sheikh expressed his enthusiasm about hosting this unparalleled event in Riyadh, anticipating intense battles that will set new benchmarks in the world of martial arts. The event, dubbed as the world's largest of its kind, promises to bring high-octane excitement to the Riyadh Season. The event's fight card is exceptional, featuring four co-main fights where current PFL Champions will face off against current Bellator Champions. Additionally, the card includes two intriguing matchups between former title contenders from both leagues. Fans around the globe can catch all the action live on DAZN, a renowned sports streaming service. The event will also include a first-of-its-kind PFL PPV (pay per view) Super Fight, showcasing seven bouts between current and former champions and title challengers from both PFL and Bellator. This segment of the event will be available on DAZN and ESPN+PPV, starting at 11:00 p.m. Riyadh time. Furthermore, three main shows will accompany the preliminary streaming of the main fights, available on ESPN+ and ESPNEWS platforms beginning at 8:00 p.m. Riyadh time.
