Aljabr Trading Company won Consumer Protection Excellence Award

Aljabr Trading Company, dealers of Kia vehicles in the Kingdom, has won the Consumer Protection Excellence Award offered by the Saudi Consumer Protection Association as the first company in the private sector in the Kingdom to receive it.
The award has been granted as a culmination of the company excellence in serving its customers and providing them with an enjoyable customer experience, besides spreading the culture of improving customer experience with its employees. However, the award is an indication of the success of the strategy developed by the company and its investment in improving its services and training of its employees to provide the best to its customers, and continuous interaction with them through processes of measuring feedback on these services in order to enhance the positives and avoid the negatives and benefit from the suggestions and opinions of customers in the continuous development process pursued by the company.
The award was handed over to the Managing Director of Aljabr Holding Company, Abdul Salam bin Mohammed Aljabr, by the CEO of the Consumer Protection Association, Eng. Abdullah Al-Naim, at the ceremony held on this occasion in Riyadh city, which coincided with the World Consumer Rights Day. However, during the ceremony the winners of the award , which made distinctive contributions to achieve the objectives of the Association in different fields of "government, private and non-profit" sectors have been honored.
The company also obtained the Certificate of Consumer Experience Excellence as the first company to obtain this certificate after meeting all the criteria set by the Association to create an experience that preserves consumer rights in the Saudi market.
On this occasion, Abdul Salam Aljabr congratulated all employees of the company for this award, which reflects the distinguished work they have done in servicing customers besides diligence and perseverance exerted in order to achieve their satisfaction, and continued saying: " We rely a lot in the company on the front line of our employees who are in direct contact with our valued customers so we spare no effort in providing them with all the support through training programs and quick interaction, as they are the main interface of the company, and also the most important sources that we rely on to know the wishes and aspirations of our customers in order to continue the process of continuous development of the customer experience journey."
Mr. Aljabr stressed that obtaining the award and certificate, from a known body concerned with consumer rights and improving his experience in the Saudi market, increases the responsibility of the company and its employees to continue working and improving what they provide in order to continue to maintain the excellence and the top position.
However, in this regards the Secretary General of the Association, Dr. Nasser bin Dahim, congratulated Aljabr Company on receiving the Excellence Award in Consumer Protection and the Certificate of Excellence in Customer Experience, praising the efforts made by the company in this aspect. However, regarding the celebration of the Association and its honor to a number of parties, he said: "The Association puts effort to annually offer the award in order to achieve its vision of being the locally and regionally leading entity in developing and improving the consumer experience in the Saudi market."
He added saying: "The Award aims to strengthen the community partnership and contribute to achieving a strong relationship with entities, authorities and individuals."
