NEOM ends KSA tour in Riyadh showcasing investment opportunities, government and industry leaders
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 04 - 03 - 2023

Discover NEOM, the nationwide tour that has traveled the Kingdom highlighting the array of investment opportunities being offered by the Vision 2030 giga-project, made its last stop of its KSA tour in Riyadh on Thursday, with the event following the previous editions held in Jeddah and the Eastern Province.
The final destination of the nationwide tour saw NEOM senior management meet with leading government and business entities, to showcase the project's latest developments and to outline the immense investment potential it presents, both now and in the future.
Its visit to the capital provided a stage for NEOM to reinforce its supporting role in realizing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and its capacity to act as a key driver of economic diversification in the country.
As the epicenter for the Kingdom's government activity, NEOM hosted a dedicated ambassador event as part of its Discover NEOM Riyadh edition. It provided diplomatic guests an overview of its flagship projects, sustainability and conservation efforts.
NEOM is seeking to establish strong ties with its key stakeholders in Riyadh. The city's role as a business hub locally, regionally and internationally has helped to drive economic growth and diversification across the country, in key industries such as business, finance, tourism, tech and entertainment.
The Riyadh event welcomed diplomats, government entities and prominent business leaders, with NEOM presenting its guests with insights into the project's vision and strategic objectives, as well as highlighting the array of investment opportunities it presents.
During the visit, which was hosted at THE LINE Exhibition, Diriyah Biennale Foundation, NEOM CEO Nadhmi Al-Nasr said: "Since its announcement, NEOM has received investment from leading companies from around the world as a result of its bold ambition and diverse range of business verticals, from construction, infrastructure development, energy, water and manufacturing, to tourism, sports, media and healthcare.
"We continue to forge strong relationships with national and international companies and welcome investors to join us in building the largest and most ambitious urban development project in the world."
Commenting on the tour, NEOM Deputy CEO Rayan Fayez said: "Our visit to Riyadh marked the final leg of what was an extremely successful roadshow for NEOM. We had the opportunity to sit down with leaders from across the capital to discuss the investment opportunities that NEOM presents and explore the role of the project in driving economic growth in the country.
"As we work towards redefining livability, business and conservation, we acknowledge the role that key industry and government leaders play in making our vision a reality. NEOM has a pivotal role in the growth of the Kingdom's industries and we welcome local investment to help drive this change." — SG
