RIYADH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has clarified the way of changing the health status for individuals and their companions through Eatamarna app in case there is an error in their accounts. The ministry stated that people could change their health status starting from entering the settings page in the Eatamrna app, then to click on the personal data page. Then, choose the companions list and start choosing the name of the person whose status needs to be modified, and then remove the selected choice and update the status. It is noteworthy that the ministry's clarification came after a person inquired about whether it is possible to modify his health status in the Eatamarna app, especially after it appeared to him in his personal health status that he was disabled.
