Almarai won the "Excellence in Governance Award 2021", awarded to the best companies listed in the Saudi capital market, for successfully completing 150 governance standards. This recognition was announced in the Third Global Conference on Governance activities organized by Al-Faisal University. "Winning this award confirms Almarai's commitment in implementing the corporate governance standards issued by the Saudi Capital Market Authority, in addition to its full compliance with a set of internationally applied corporate governance standards," said Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Almarai. Dr. Mohammed Al-Hayaza, the Director of Al-Faisal University, handed the honorary shield to Abdul Rahman Mazyad, the Director of Events and Conferences at Almarai.
