"Saudi Arabia has made great progress in the field of tourism development, in addition to a number of other projects that are in the pipeline," he pointed out. The ambassador lauded Saudi Arabia for taking decisive measures to stem the spread of coronavirus and secure public health ever since the outbreak of the pandemic. The government has also taken a series of measures to protect the emerging non-oil economy from the repercussions of the pandemic. "It is great that the Saudi government implemented a number of measures to adapt to the new unprecedented pandemic situation and overcome its repercussions, and it was able to adapt quickly to the new situation while compared to a number of other countries.
