Muvi Cinemas, Saudi Arabia's first home-grown cinema brand, celebrated recently the opening of the largest multiplex cinema in Saudi Arabia. The 18-screen Muvi Cinemas with 2,368 seats, facility designed to offer an unparalleled experience located in Dhahran and within the Mall of Dhahran will support a variety of cinema types including Muvi Suites, ScreenX, ONYX, Dolby Cinema, in addition to junior and standard cinemas. With this opening, Muvi Cinemas stands at a count of 10 cinemas spread in Riyadh, Jeddah, Jubail, Al Ahssa,Al Khaobar and Dhahran bringing the total number of screens in the Kingdom to 103 screens. The new cinema was inaugurated by Dhahran Municipality chief Eng. Mohammed Bin Jassim Al Jassim and Sultan Alhokair, CEO of Muvi Cinemas in the presence of representatives of Quality of Life Program, representatives of Arabian Centers Company, representatives of the General Commission for Audiovisual Media, figures of the Western province, social media celebrities and a large number of media representatives. A special screening of the new 2020 American film "Antebellum" to VIPs and invitees marked the official opening.
