Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh, honored "All Occasions Electronic magazine " at the closing ceremony of the first forum for families of people with disabilities "For them to meet", which was held last evening Sunday in the InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh on the occasion of the International Day of Disability, under the patronage of Princess Nouf Bint Abdul Rahman Bin Farhan Al Saud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association "For Their Sake" to serve persons with disabilities, in exchange for the magazine's role in supporting and sponsoring the media forum. The honor was received by Magdi Al-Muqbel, Editor-in-Chief of All Occasions Magazine, where the Association "For Their Sake" presented an honorary shield for the future among the honorees and supportive parties in the ceremony, in appreciation of the association for the magazine being a media sponsor of the forum, and also for its efforts and permanent support for people with disabilities and everything related to them in terms of Informative. Over two days, the "For Their Sake" Association organized the first forum for the families of persons with disabilities, which included 12 specialized workshops and lectures in the affairs of persons with disabilities, presented by a group of specialists with expertise in the field of persons with disabilities, attended by families of persons with disabilities, university students and those interested in the field. The forum included some themes which are as follows: early detection of disability, the role of awareness and family counseling, the rights of persons with disabilities and the challenges they face, and the role of ministries and services provided. Among the most important objectives of the forum are: translating awareness and technology, exchanging experiences and presenting successful experiences and talents for people with disabilities. The first forum for the families of persons with disabilities, which was set up by the Association "for their sake", sponsored a large number of governmental and private entities, namely: the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, King Saud University, Princess Nora University, the King Salman Center for Disability Research, the Care Authority Persons with Disabilities, Almarai Company, Al Rabee Company, Al Dakhil for oud, Ghandour Chocolate, Hilton Hotel, New Media Team and Media Sponsor, All Events Magazine.
