Published in The Saudi Gazette on 11 - 09 - 2019

RIYADH — Justice Minister and head of the Supreme Judicial Council Waleed Al-Samaani on Tuesday inaugurated the Judicial Command Center in Riyadh, which monitors the ministry's strategic and operational indicators, enables rapid response and empowers performance of justice services.
The center aims to follow up on courts and notarial offices' performance digitally in order to enhance daily productivity in different legal entities and provide rapid response and support to clients.
The unique initiative enables observation of the ministry's 64 strategic indicators, it analyzes those indicators and evaluates them. The results are then reflected on the ministry's development projects.
During the inauguration event, Al-Samaani said that the ministry chose the continuous development path in order to move forward with the Kingdom's ambitious vision under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman.
"The launch of the judicial command center came after exploring best practices, it will monitor performance indicators and analyze those indicators, it can predict any possible issues in workflow before they occur and provide solutions to improve judicial services as well as client satisfaction," said the minister. "The center ensures quality and transparency through digitization and governance. It will provide support to legal entities and will considered a baseline for development and achievement of the ministry's NTP initiatives 2020," he added.
Al-Samaani also mentioned that information and results generated by the judicial command center will be available to those interested to know about performance of judicial entities, allowing researchers to take part in the development process in the ministry.
"The ministry is focused on client satisfaction in line with the Kingdom's direction toward improving services and quality of life for citizens and residents." Al-Samaani noted." The center will provide fast and efficient issue resolution for clients, reflecting on the level of satisfaction and boosting the legal services and sector as a whole," he concluded.
