Committed to delivering a wholesome online environment for its community, TikTok, the world's leading short-form video platform, has recently launched two powerful new initiatives to spread positive impact in Saudi Arabia and across MENA.
The first initiative, #TikTokCares, was announced recently and saw the participation of top content creators from Saudi Arabia and across the MENA to educate people about the precautions they need to take during the searing Arabian summer.
The second campaign, launching this coming Thursday, 8th August and running during Eid Al-Adha, is the #CreateForGood challenge. Spearheaded by regional celebrities and influencers, the campaign will raise awareness about those who suffer from hearing or speech impairment.

This Eid Al-Adha, TikTok has committed to highlight the importance of inclusivity. The message, aligned with 2030 to build a vibrant society in which every citizen enjoys a happy and fulfilling lifestyle.
In Saudi Arabia alone, a significant number of individuals suffer from hearing or speech impairment. To play a part in helping improve interactions between them and the rest of the community, TikTok has issued a call to action to its users to encourage content using sign language alongside "Create For Good" stickers in solidarity with these sections of society.
Several influential TikTok users from the MENA region have committed to participating in the #CreateForGood challenge, galvanizing TikTok's efforts to affect a positive change in its communities and deliver a pleasant online experience to all its users.
