Last week Saudi courts held some 46,000 hearings, issued over 18,000 rulings and made nearly 26,000 enforcement decisions; while notary offices made nearly 69,000 regular and electronic notarizations, the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has revealed. In the same period, justice facilities also provided more than 181,000 services to the public, including notarization, enforcement and other court services. Judicial operations (excluding enforcement) reached a total of 86,746; enforcement, 25,722 and notarization, 68,695. Both notarization services and legal procedures have been streamlined through the digitization of court workflows, making operations easier for the ministry's clients and staff alike. This includes electronic verification and payment for enforcement, which dispenses with court visits and fast-tracks enforcement operations. -SPA
