Pak Zalmi, Shawahid, M. Eagles, Saudi Oil in semis of Ace Saudi Cup

Pak Zalmi, Shawahid, Makkah Eagles and Saudi Oil beat their respective opponents and qualified for the semi-finals of Ace Travel Saudi Cup sponsored by Ace Travel and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association. In the semifinal, Saudi Oil will take on Pak Zalmi while Makkah Eagles will clash with Shawahid Tech.
In the first match Ali Awan (62) and Adnan (45) got KAIA to fighting total of 179 for 6, which Makkah Eagles comfortably chased down 180 for 5 in 17.1 overs to win by 5 wickets thanks to good knocks by Malik Ijaz (40) and Janan (47).
In the second match Usman Butt slammed a superb 106 of 49 balls (10 4s, 6 6s) to enable Shawahid post a commanding score 259/5. A befitting reply by CH XI fell short by 12 Runs as they ended at 247 for 9 despite good knocks by Tanveer (54), Nasir Bajwa (42) and Yasir (37) ending up on losing side.
Junaid (56NO) and Omer (47) laid a good platform for Butt Sports tally of 206 for 7, which was chased down by Pak Zalmi despite losing 8 wickets for 210, with Abid (75) playing a match winning innings, to win by 2 wickets.
Saudi Oil surprised Al Burj scoring 212 for 7 to win by 72 runs with Ateeq (36), Ameeq (65), Shahid (34) putting on a solid performance, later Tauseef (3 for 23), Shahid (2 for 20) and Khalid (2 for 25) bowled a tight length to bundle out Al Burj for 140 runs.
Makkah Eagles beat KAIA by 5 Wickets
KAIA 179 for 6 20 overs (Ali Awan 62, Adnan 45, Farooq 2 for 28, Ijaz 2 for 29). Makkah Eagles 180 for 5 17.1 overs (Malik Ijaz 40, Janan 47, Moin 2 for 37, and Ali 2 for 8).
Shawahid beat CH XI by 12 Runs
Shawahid 259 for 5 20 overs (Usman Butt 106, Riyaz 33, Yasir 2 for 56, Nadeem 2 for 34). CH XI 247 for 9 20 overs (Tanveer 54, Nasir Bajwa 42, Usman Butt 2 for 37, Riyaz 2 for 28).
Pak Zalmi XI beat Butt Sports by 2 Wickets
Butt Sports 206 for 7 20 overs (Junaid 56NO, Omer 47, Fida 3 for 37, Asad 2 for 28). Pak Zalmi 210 for 8 19 overs (Abid 75, Samer 2 for 43, Abdur Rehman 2 for 42).
Saudi Oil beat Al Burj by 72 Runs
Saudi Oil 212 for 7 20 overs (Shahid 34, Ateeq 36, Ameeq 65, Atta Muskan 2 for 43, Sher Khan 2 for 19). Al Burj 140 all out (Khalid 44, Tayyab 27, Tauseef 3 for 23, Shahid 2 for 20 and Khalid 2 for 25).
