6 recommendations adopted by Hail International Forum for Care and Rehabilitation Establishing specialized programs in the field of cochlear implantation
HAIL — The President of the Hail International Forum for Care and Rehabilitation 2019, Khalid Al-Ali Al-Saif, adopted 6 recommendations in care and rehabilitation at the conclusion of the Forum. These recommendations, raised by the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Forum Fahd Nasser Al-Qabaa, will be submitted to the relevant bodies. The recommendation included: Support and highlight the capabilities and talents of disabled people in Hail in various media, intensify awareness programs in Hail for dentists in the public and private sectors on modern innovation in oral health, establish specialized programs in cochlear implantation at Hail in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the private sector. It also included the establishment of a specialized association in the field of multiple sclerosis at Hail to raise awareness; education and support programs for the injured and their families; organize intensive awareness campaigns in Hail on the best practices of psychological, social and medical care for elder persons in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Development and with partnership with the private sector; designing programs to publicize the concepts of social responsibility in the field of disability at Hail in cooperation with the relevant authorities. The President of the Hail International Forum for Care and Rehabilitation 2019 Khalid Al Ali Al Saif thanked and appreciated Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saad, Emir of Hail, for honoring the forum and launching the exhibition of specialized societies for those with high motivation, and sponsoring the agreements aimed at the development of rehabilitation and care. "Mere words of thanks cannot express the appreciation for his efforts and his care and attention to details at the international forum that put Hail on the scientific and medical map as one of the leaders in the field of care and rehabilitation," Al-Saif said He expressed his optimism for the future and development of the Kingdom and the Hail region, with the support of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, and their keenness to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Al-Saif expressed his thanks to Prince Faisal Bin Fahad Bin Muqrin, deputy Emir of Hail, for his extensive follow-up to make the forum successful in achieving the the scientific and medical goals that also put Hail in the forefront for hosting international forums. Al-Saif pointed out that the forum aims to enhance the leadership in institutional charitable work to overcome disability and reduce its impact on the individual and society, and rehabilitation of children with disabilities to overcome their disability and help the community.
