Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) on Monday announced that it has established a Global Medium Term Note Program and will conduct a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on April 1, 2019. An offering of US dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes under the program may follow, subject to market conditions. The notes, if issued, will be admitted to the official list of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market.
