The detainees' names were mentioned in a statement of the Public Prosecution that was issued last year, and the release was made on the basis of Article 123 of the Criminal Procedure Code and its executive regulations after they approached the court seeking temporary release. The court noted that the release was made after examining their requests that were submitted during the trial sessions and verifying the necessary regulations. The court would continue examining their case and they have to attend the trial proceedings until the issuance of the final verdict. — SPA
