Okaz/Saudi Gazette CAIRO – The founder of Qatari Intelligence, Maj. Gen. Mahmood Mansour, has said the "Hamadain" regime in Qatar is supporting terrorists under the pretexts of democracy, which is non-existent in Qatar. He demanded the opening of the human rights dossier and looking into it more seriously. He also called for contacting the victims of Qatari tyranny, which include the regime's practice of stripping Qataris of citizenship, forcing them out of their country, depriving them of their basic services, aside from the disorder and chaos it is causing in many countries of the region and the world. Maj. Gen. Mansour has disclosed that Qatar has recently become used to buying international human rights organizations with money so that they overlook the violations it is carrying out within the country and abroad. He said this was the main reason for the nonexistence of effective measures against Qatar. He stressed that terror cannot be eradicated totally from the region unless the arms extended into the heart of some Arab countries are cut off. Doha is playing a big role in sponsoring and providing financial and logistical support to terrorist groups. This has been revealed by international and foreign reports, including US reports that prove Qatar's involvement in the financing of extremist groups in the region to the extent that it has become one of the countries sponsoring terror. He drew attention to the fact that Doha is trying to wriggle out by all means from the accusations leveled against it by paying money so as to sanitize its reputation that it bloodstained in many countries. This is at a time when it is claiming that it has been impacted by the Arab boycott.
