Alakaria Saudi Real State Company has launched the new branding campaign for Alakaria in a momentous launching event on Tuesday. The event was launch of the Alakaria's new website as well. The CEO Mamdouh Al Sharhan said in his opening speech: "Alakaria's mission in building Riyadh continues. We have passed many milestones during the last four decades since the company was established. Through those years, Alakaria has been able to bring to existence the largest construction projects that have greatly transformed the city and constituted its architectural landmarks." He added: "In the last few years we have carried out an intense activity behind the scenes to develop a range of future projects that will create not only housing solutions but also jobs and a better environment over the coming years. Today, the work has started in Alwidyan project that will be the first of its kind and the first real estate project that is built around a huge central park that covers about 1⁄2 million square meters". The CEO concluded by saying "our ambition in Alakaria is limitless. Our success in the past will put us ahead of others in the future. Our main goal is to expand the projects in order to build the future not only in Riyadh but in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." The event witnessed the presentation of Alakaria's subsidiaries and their primary activities. Those include Binyah, a company specialized in projects' infrastructure; Edarah, a real estate project management company; Tamear, a construction company; Mumtalakat, a specialized company for maintenance and property management; and Alwidyan company which manages the Alwidyan project. — SG
